Nutrition Coaching
If you are frustrated or confused by your current eating plan a 90-minute private nutritional coaching session will provide you with direction and knowledge enabling you to understand your nutrition and your needs. Upon registration you will be asked the following information, activity level, daily lifestyle, goals and more. You will also be asked to keep an eating log for a few days. Diana will take all of this information into consideration to prepare for your coaching session. Your 90-minute session with will include discussion of current eating habits, activity and goals, a specific meal plan, and a clear understanding of your new meal plan. This will help you adopt better habits and achieve your goals!

Cost of session is $60/90-minute session. (cash or check only)


Recipe – Camp 5

My Favorite Summer Pasta

Boil whole wheat pasta (whole wheat pasta with added protein is even better)

Slice 1 zucchini and 1 yellow summer squash.

Sautee zucchini and squash in a pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

While vegetables are in pan sprinkle Italian Seasoning over them. (Season to taste, can also add more when tossed with pasta)

Once everything is cooked combine the pasta and vegetables, toss with a tablespoon of olive oil and serve.

You will not need any added salt since the Italian Seasoning has a fairly strong taste. 

For added protein you can mix in chopped grilled chicken breast or tofu.

Remember to only eat one serving of pasta but eat all of the veggies!!  This makes a great lunch to pack for work, quick dinner or served as a side dish at a summer get together.

Carb Point:  It is a good idea to include higher carbohydrate options like pasta and rice in your diet only once or twice a week.  The rest of the week, choose from lighter carb options such as Akmak crackers or light whole grain bread.
