  * Space is limited to 10 shoppers per trip
  * The Grocery Shopping Tour is 1-hour in duration
  * The fee for the tour is $20.00 per person (paid in cash or check)
  * You will be given very useful information including how to read food labels
• You will leave the store a much more knowledgeable and informed shopper
• You will be given handouts including the following reference information:
  o Best brands and items for each food group
  o List of healthy snack ideas for in between meals
  o Easy recipes
  o Daily Tips to make healthy choices easy

During your grocery shopping tour, Diana Ozimek will teach you to make wise decisions in your grocery store aisles and how to stock a healthier kitchen. You'll learn how to make the most nutritious choices available for you and your family.
