MOBILE CAMP: We will stay in the meeting spot for 5-10 minutes for warm up then move out into the park to our workout area for that day, please arrive on time. |

Be the first to try Bow-Wow Boot Camp!
This is a special 2-week introductory camp; a fitness camp for you and your dog.
3 days per week: Monday-Wednesday-Friday
Each class is one-hour long and includes:
- Cardiovascular training for you and your dog
- Basic training for your dog: sit, come, heel, down
- Weight training for you
- Core, flexibility and a big belly rub (for your pup).
Each class seamlessly combines fitness and dog training.
Orientation will consist of reviewing the nutrition and exercise tips sent to you and a review of the basic commands used in class and how to practice them away from class.
What to bring: Mat, weights, water for both of you, mat or towel for your dog, sturdy leash (no extend a leashes), poop bags, a sense of fun and adventure!
Cost: $100 (there is not an online payment option for this. You can pay by check, cash or credit card at orientation.) |
