Diana has been involved in the fitness industry for 17 years, building on exercise as a hobby and turning it into a lifestyle and career. Diana earned her B.S. in Sports Medicine for Athletic Training at the University of Akron and a Master’s of Arts in Education from the University of Phoenix. She is AFAA certified in group exercise, Trained in Yoga Fit as well as a NESTA certified Adventure Boot Camp instructor. Windy City Adventure Boot Camp is perfect for EVERY woman. Northshore LocationJeremy A. Jeremy has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. He holds a B.S. in sports medicine in a concentration with athletic training from North Park University. Jeremy is certified through the NSCA as a certified strength and conditioning specialist, as well as from the NASM as a performance enhancement specialist.
Jeremy's passion for fitness and in service has propelled his personal and professional career, from working in various fitness settings to his success in athletics. In his spare time you will find Jeremy on a volleyball or basketball court where he played basketball professionally for 3 years. "Customize for who you are."

Heidi has been involved with fitness and athletics for most of her life. In the past few years she has decided to turn her involvement into a career. She is a Certified Personal Trainer through the NSCA. She has also worked as a fitness instructor with the Chicago Metropolitan YMCA and specializes in functional strength, outdoor fitness and sport specific training. As an athlete herself, playing a variety of sports, including competitive Rugby for 10 years and competing in adventure races, she is well trained in a wide spectrum of conditioning styles and cross training. She appreciates the importance of teamwork and camaraderie in the group exercise setting.
